Salary and Pay Package Details
Post after the selection all the selected candidates will be a paid an annual compensation of INR 4.0 LPA to INR 8.0 LPA (based on the technology offered to you). (The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview & Training Period and will be at the company’s discretion)
Training and Probation Period
All the selected candidates will undergo training for a period of 9 Months. And a Stipend of INR 10000 Per Month is provided for candidates.

About the Partian Software Development Discoveri Program
SkillAssure Framework from Pratian Technologies will help you self-asses in as many as 45 competencies and choose a career from 36 top job roles in the industry. We are offering this high value program free to “Aspiring Minds” students for a limited period of time.
Students who perform well in this one week full time program will be offered a job at the end of the final day to pursue their dream careers in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Blockchain, DevOps, Enterprise Stack, Cybersecurity, Augmented Reality, Data Centre Management, Data Science, Data Analytics and Cloud Computing.
Students who are offered the job at the end of the Discoveri Program will go through an intense 9 month that will consist of 3 months training, 3 months in the Global Development Centre and 3 months as a trainee engineer working on client site. At the end of the 9 months program, the candidate will be absorbed as a fulltime employee as per the terms of the offer letter. The candidate can avail 100% funding for this 9 month program from leading educational loans organisations. The candidate will also receive an internship stipend of INR 10,000 for these 9 months.
Some of the candidates who are excellent in problem solving will be selected and fully sponsored for the 3 months program in the Innovation Accelerator worth INR 2.0 lacs, instead of working on client site. Here they will be encouraged to build a solution for a problem or idea and present a business case. Top solutions from the Innovation Program will be selected for the Startup Program and given a seed capital of INR 10.0 lacs and access to the entire ecosystem.
Note: The candidates will have to carry their own laptop for the program. This is Mandatory. We will not be able to help the candidates without Laptop.
Selection and Interview Pratian Off campus drive 2020
- Online Test.
- Multiple Face to Face Interview.
The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.
