Recruitment Process of IBPS Clerk 2019 Notification

IBPS Clerk 2019 recruitment process is held in two tier i.e Online Preliminary and Online Main Examination. IBPS Clerk 2019 prelims exam is set to be held on 7th, 8th, 14th, and 21st December 2019 and the Main exam on 19th January 2020. The participating banks in IBPS Clerk 2019 recruitment will recruit the candidates based on merit on cummulative scores of both preliminary and mains examination. Further there will be no interview process is involved in the process.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates, intending to apply for CRP Clerks-IX should ensure that they fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria specified by IBPS.

Nationality / Citizenship: A candidate must be either a Citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan or a subject of Tibetan refugee (See IBPS Official Advertisement for more details).

Educational Qualifications

A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.

Selection Process and Examination Pattern for IBPS Clerk 2018 Recruitment

Selection Process of CLERK Post is purely based on Preliminary and Main Tests Conducted by IBPS. Candidates who are interested are required to clear the cutoff marks in the preliminary examination and so on called for further to appear for Main Examination. And the final shortlist of candidates is based on merit list in Main Examination.

Preliminary Examination:

Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing cut-off marks to be decided by IBPS. Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by IBPS depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for Online Main examination

Main Examination:

Penality : There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests in both Online Preliminary and Online Main Examination . For each a wrong answer one fourth or 0.25 of the marks  will be deducted as penalty from score. There will be no penalty for unanswered questions.

Scores: Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum cutoff score in each test of Online Prelims and Main Examination. And Marks obtained in the online main examination only will be considered for final merit list.

How to apply for IBPS Clerk 2019 Recruitment Examination Online

Candidates can apply online only from from 17.09.2019to 09.10.2019 and no other mode of application will be accepted. Scan copy of Photograph, Signature and Left Thumb Impression, Hand Written declaration must be kept for applying. Keep all the necessary details/documents ready and fill the online form and make Online Payment of the requisite application fee or intimation charges.

Application Fees/ Intimation Charges :

• Rs. 100 /- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates.
• Rs. 600 /- for all others

• Candidates are required to go to the IBPS’s website www.ibps.in.
• Click on the link “CRP Clerks” and then click on the option “Click Here To Apply Online For CRP-Clerks-IX ”.
• Candidates will have to click on “Click on the New Registration” to register their application by providing basic details.

• You can save the data at each step and proceed further, after clicking on FINAL SUBMIT Button you are advised to pay intimation charges

Mode of Payment : Candidates have to payment of requisite fees/ intimation charges through the ONLINE mode only i.e through net banking, debit cards, credit cards, upi.

After successful payment your application is submitted successfully all the intimations will be sent by email and/ or sms only to the email ID and mobile number registered in the online application form for CRP Clerks-IX.
