Selection and Recruitment Process of Mallow Off Campus Drive 2020
Initial rounds of the recruitment process consist of Qualifying rounds which have Lab sessions, each session will be to test candidate’s Aptitude and coding skills and the preferred language for coding test can be C / C++ or Java.
- Probable Test Venues: Trichy/Coimbatore/Tiruchengode(Namakkal)/Tirunelveli
- Candidates who perform well in the recruitment drive will be offered an internship and job. The job offered will be confirmed when the results are declared before the internship.
- Candidates who are selected for the will be given a three months internship with a stipend of INR 10,000 PM. This is just like training which familiarises you with the technologies we are working with.
- The Internship period serves are bridging period between the industry needs and the theoretical knowledge and helps in defining career growth.
- On successful completion of the internship, the candidate will be given a certificate of completion and will be absorbed as a Developer – Associate.
- Candidates who show average performance in recruitment drive but have a potential for a job offer will be initially provided with an internship with or without stipend. During the internship, based on performance job offer will be provided
