As a part of the team, you will be responsible for:
Providing weekly, monthly, quarterly web analytics and social media stats reporting, building dashboards & ad-hoc analysis.
Create an efficient reporting process with Adobe report builder.
Derive insights and develop client recommendations on the web and social media stats.
Providing actionable insights & telling the story by working closely with the UX team & stakeholders.
Ability and skills in testing.
Partner with the EDC analytics/ social media coordinators and stakeholders for process optimization and enhancements.
Supporting the leads in the optimization of websites – improving design and process flows to maximize conversions.
Possesses a strong desire and knack for business relevancy and remains in-tune with the newest trends, viral postings, and up-and-coming social media platforms.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
Maintaining Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter page for a member firm.
Supporting the social media and analytics leads in defining the yearly roadmap/ priorities and delivering on the same
Communicate with clients for projects including campaign planning, reporting.
Very strong attention to detail.
Manage projects to ensure agreed-upon deadlines – following efficient workflow requirements – to meet stakeholder expectations.
Experience: 0 – 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in web and social media analytics and stats, content management/knowledge management, professional services organization
Key skills desired
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr.
Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint; good knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage.
Skills/ knowledge of Digital Campaign Management will be an added advantage.
Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation).
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint, intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage.
